Course Selection Cards

These course selection cards can be edited and digitally signed using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. If you do not have access to Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, you can still edit fill out the selection card digitally on your device without signature.

Please save the edited file to your device as you will need to email it to Ms. Medellin-Keller at a later date. You will also want to reference this completed card when formally selecting your courses.
